Based on the principle of musical variations, 23 international avant-garde chefs created remixes based on an original recipe (called the matrix) from the famous Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio.

 

The chefs collaborated with local performers as they served their dishes.

 

25 remixed octopus dishes suddenly gave birth to the wildest “pulpo fiction” dinner performance ever.
