Fractal Végétal

As you make your way through this landscape of times and tastes, you’ll be guided by the words of the poet Constance Chlore. She wrote the poem Fractal Végétal for the event Between Bodies & Walls based on the culinary history of this area in which Les Passagées is located. In the 17th century, the people of Saint-Gilles « Kuulkappers » invented the Brussels sprout, which is now famous the world over. 

Born in Brussels, Constance Chlore currently lives in Paris. A well-known novelist and poet, she won the Yvan Goll international poetry prize for her book Atomium (published by Atelier de l’agneau).  She likes to mix her writing with other disciplines and regularly performs with other artists.
