Isabelo, Feeding Hungry Minds is a charity created in 2009 by world-renowned South African chef Margot Janse, feeding 1500 kids every school day so they don’t have to learn on an empty stomach.
We decided to create a unique concept to support her project, and produced a global event with the precious help of many volunteers. All in all, we managed to raise enough money to feed the children for one whole year.
This unique collective dinner included the participation of 24 international chefs, and took place simultaneously in 3 different restaurants in Brussels.
Each chef was asked to create one original dish including a specific South African indigenous ingredient.
