It felt like an urge to connect these two chefs; there was something in the way they both approached cooking – a similar vibration, a primal energy. 
 
They are in a sense ancient souls, intuitively tapping into the Earth’s poetry. They share an instinctive force that opens up much more than the senses.

 

And as they have a vital and absolute connection to their land and produce, it was therefore a natural decision to create an interactive culinary performance. Linking the outside world with the inside, allowing the audience also to walk and feel, smell, touch and breathe what inspire these chefs so much.
